High Speed LD/PD Chips/modules
We can provide active optical components from die chip, TO package, optical module to
transceiver, including
10G 1310nm FP/DFB LD chip, 10G 1310nm PD chip, 10G
TOSA/ROSA, 2.5G CWDM laser diode, 2.5G CWDM laser diode module, 1.25G/2.5G
1310/1550nm FP/DFB fiber modules, and CWDM transceiver, BIDI transceiver, SFF
pluggable transceiver and GBIC transceiver. Our feature product is 10G LD chip.
CWDM Filters
Based on our strong thin film coating capabilities, we can provide CWDM filter, DWDM filter. The
following is specification of our feature product CWDM filter:
Channel Spacing: 4 channels(1260~1360nm), 8 channels(1470~1610nm)
Size(LxW): 1.4mmx1.4mm, 1.2mmx1.2mm
Thickness: 1.0mm, 0.5mm
Center Wavelength(@-3.0dB): ITU+0.33nm
Center Wavelength Tolerance: +/- 0.3nm
1dB Bandwidth: 7nm
20dB Bandwidth: 25nm
Ripple in passband: <0.5dB
Angle of Incident: depend on customer request, up to 20 degree
Large Ports Optical Switches
We can offer large ports optical switches, like 4x4, 8x8 and 16x16 at very competitive price.
These swithces wre design to provide cross-connect function between Input and Output
channels with low insertion loss, excellent repeatability and a wide operating temperature
range. It has wide applications in optical cross connects, protection switching, optical test
and measurement and network performance monitoring. Please check our
